NWF in polypropylene (PP) is fabricated from polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer renowned for its versatility and durability. This type of non-woven material is crafted from soft textured plastic fibers, which undergo a fusion process utilizing ultrasound and steam. During manufacturing, the polypropylene fibers are subjected to high-frequency vibrations generated by ultrasound equipment, causing them to intertwine and bond together seamlessly. Subsequently, steam is applied to further consolidate the fiber network, resulting in a cohesive and resilient fabric structure.
