Wearer qualification

Those who wear protective clothing must meet the following conditions:

Wearing instructions

1. The protective clothing must be inspected and air pressure tested to ensure that there is no defect. In addition, the protective clothing must be selected according to the purpose.

2. However, if necessary, anti fog agent should be applied to the inside of the goggles of the protective clothing according to the recommended instructions.

3. Select two "cooperative organizations", that is, another person helps when wearing protective clothing.

4. The underwear should be worn inside the protective clothing. At least, it is recommended to wear long sleeves and trousers, or long "underwear". Fire resistant underwear should be considered.

5. Remove personal items that may damage the protective clothing, such as pens, badges, jewelry, etc.

6. Take off your shoes (this step can be omitted when you wear a protective suit with long rubber boots). Some long rubber boots are not allowed to be worn outdoors with shoes.

7. Roll the trouser legs into the stockings so that you can easily wear the trouser legs and long rubber boots of the protective suit.

8. If a self-contained air breathing device is used, check and install the device, complete all connections, and adjust according to the manufacturer's requirements. Unless required by the breathing device, do not wear a mask temporarily.

9. If the breathing tube air supply system is used, check and complete all connections and commissioning. Unless required by the breathing device, do not wear a mask temporarily.

10. Put two legs into the protective clothing while sitting.

11. Put two feet into the coat and boots, and pull down the splash shield on the boots. (Note: The work boots should be 1 to 2 sizes larger than the commonly worn boots, so that there is enough space to put the boots of the protective suit into the boots.)

12. Open the air supply device, put on the mask, and make sure the air supply system works normally

13. Stand up and tie the inner belt, if any.

14. Put the arm and head into the protective suit, close the zipper, and then close the zipper to cover.

15. Ask an assistant to check whether the zipper and zipper cover are fully tightened, whether the vision of the mask is clear, whether all air pipelines are tightly connected, and whether the protective clothing is in the best working condition.

Unloading method

Remove protective clothing as follows:

 1. Leave the work site or "hot area" when there is enough air in the protective clothing, so that the pollution can be removed safely and the protective clothing can be removed in time.

 2. If the protective clothing is exposed to toxic chemicals, it should be properly detoxified first, and then take off the protective clothing.

 3. Take off the protective clothing in the reverse order of putting on the protective clothing, and do not touch the places on the protective clothing that may be stained with chemicals.

 4. If possible, the protective clothing shall be completely detoxified, cleaned, inspected and air pressure tested for reuse.

5. If the protective clothing cannot be detoxified, it should be discarded in a safe way. (Note: refer to detoxification section)
